How does the Brixlane Technology works?

Bij Brixlane kan je taxiritten bestellen met de “Rijd Later” knop en ook aangeven hoeveel je voor de rit wilt betalen. Met deze dispatch functie bieden wij een vraag en aanbod. Je kunt een eigen groep aanmaken en ritten delen onderling. De aangesloten chauffeurs kunnen ritten accepteren en ook onderling delen. Je kunt bij het betsellen aangeven hoeveel je wilt betalen maar je kan ook normal bestellen zonder aan te geven hoeveel u wilt betalen. Op het moment dat je een rit toevoegd, wordt deze gezien door de aangesloten Brixlane chauffeurs. De chauffeur in de buurt of de chauffeur die de rit wilt doen zal deze accepteren. Maar er kunnen ritten gedeeld worden zonder aan te geven hoeveel je wilt betalen. Dit houdt in dat er via de Brixlane app of via de taximeter gereden zal worden. - Dispatch
Het Brixlane dispatch systeem geef jouw als klant de ruimte om te onderhandelen voor de ritprijs, maar ook op een hele simpele manier ritten te delen. - Naadloos Betalingssysteem(NBS)
Bij Brixlane kan er met een gekoppelde creditcard, paypal of cash betalen. Met creditcard of Paypal gaat dat naadloos

ETA - Estimate Time of Arrival
Share Your Status In Real Time Let your friends and family know what time you will be dropped home. When you request a ride you will see the ETA button appears in real time, so you can send a message to your loved ones to let them know what time you will be home.

When you request a car, before you confirm the pick up, you will see and check the price before you go. Enter a destination to get an estimate for the cost of your ride. Fare Estimate is available on each of our service! You also have a wallet in your app! The wallet make it easy for you to keep your balance active so that you always can make a request on our services!

After you request a ride, you are able to cancel the trip at any time! You can do this within 5 minutes, free of charge. After 5 minutes we will charge you a basic fee of the service you have requested! and eventually the minutes of waiting
To tip a driver you must add these basic fees

When your driver did not showed up, don’t worry, we will not charge you nothing, when you cancel the trip or when the driver cancel the trip!
When the driver started the ride before you are in the car, we might adjust the fare!
After you find out that you lost your stuff in the car, you can contact us so that we will try to help you to get back your stuff!
